Your Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire recruitment process– from posting job ads and actively sourcing candidates to managing interviews and closing offers.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify and inspire the right talent for Mercanis.
• Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline through active sourcing and relationship building in relevant networks.
• Continuously optimize our processes and contribute your ideas to make Mercanis an even more attractive employer.

Your Profile

• You have a degree or equivalent training and have already gained experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
• You bring experience in active sourcing and direct outreach and are confident communicating on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• You are empathetic, a strong communicator, and know how to inspire people with a vision.
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-orientedmannerwhile managing multiple processes simultaneously.
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
