  • Proactively hunt for top talent using active sourcing strategies to connect with standout candidates

  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract exceptional talent

  • ️Act as a brand ambassador to tell our story and inspire potential candidates to join our mission

  • Use creative sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring we have the best minds ready to tackle tomorrow’s challenges

  • Streamline the recruiting experience, keeping communication seamless and ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all endeavors

  • (Ideally) 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition (tech and non-tech)

  • A deep understanding of the talent market and challenges of recruiting for a scaling startup

  • An eye for top talent - whether it’s an engineer, marketer, or sales manager

  • You want to work in-office in our office in Augsburg
