You will manage the entire recruitment cycle, from discussing new positions with managers, conducting interviews with qualified candidates, to creating a shortlist of top talents. In exciting projects, you will bring your strengths and experiences, ensuring optimal collaboration with sourcing specialists.

Join our Talent Sourcing Center in Berlin and contribute to recruiting for the French-speaking needs of the EMEA region.

• Define the best sourcing strategy for each position, in agreement with the manager.
• Lead the recruitment process and act as the main contact for all parties involved.
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process and create a positive experience for them.
• Actively search for and contact top candidates.
• Stay informed about relevant market trends and developments.
• Build and actively manage a pool of candidates and relationships with them.
