What You’ll Be Doing :

In this role, you’ll take ownership of recruitment for Operations roles in the Germany and Italy, working closely with Hiring Managers, Business Partners, and other key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer and onboarding.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and colleagues.
  • Understanding hiring needs through regular check-ins and planning discussions.
  • Ensuring a smooth and timely process by meeting SLA targets and improving KPIs (e.g., time to screen, shortlist, and offer).
  • Meeting annual hiring goals.
  • Driving direct sourcing strategies and minimizing agency usage through referrals and proactive talent engagement.
  • Providing regular updates to hiring managers and aligning on next steps.
  • Advising on talent market insights and adjusting sourcing strategies as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring process compliance.
