Qualifikationen

Location: Nuremberg, Germany
Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-term
Responsibilities:

Lead the complete recruitment cycle for diverse roles in the photovoltaic sector, from crafting job postings to securing signed contracts.
Proactively source candidates using recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Meta and Indeed.
Assess market salary trends and talent availability within renewables to help create competitive and attractive compensation strategies.
Stay current on trends in Germany’s solar talent market, anticipating future hiring needs within the rapidly growing industry.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the photovoltaic or broader renewable energy sector.
Proficiency in German (C1+ level or native) and functional English (B1 level or higher).
Deep familiarity with major German recruitment systems and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing and other German job boards).
Knowledge of the solar PV value chain (module manufacturing, project development, energy storage) is an advantage.
Comfortable working with talent market data and eager to build industry knowledge if not already acquired.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
