Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance.
• Prepare contracts and coordinate with the works council.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Represent the company at job fairs and school events.
• Contribute to onboarding events and training sessions.
• Identify process improvements and market trends.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business, HR, or Marketing preferred.
• 7+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally in pharma or healthcare.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organised, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
