Your tasks :

  1. Recruiting for open positions: addressing relevant candidates (passive & active job seekers), reviewing resumes, screening candidates through phone/video interviews, coordinating professional interviews, and post-interview follow-up.
  2. Maintaining strong, professional relationships with hiring managers and clients throughout the recruitment process, from initial kickoff call to offer acceptance.
  3. Managing candidate database and maintaining communication with candidates regularly.
  4. Collaborating within a team and across the company to share best practices and specialist knowledge.
  5. Managing the entire recruiting process.
  6. Developing trust-based relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Very good English language skills.
  • Ambitious, dynamic personality with good time management skills.
