Responsibilities:
  1. Recruiting for open positions: sourcing relevant candidates (both passive and active), reviewing resumes, conducting screening interviews via phone or video, coordinating professional interviews, and following up post-interview.
  2. Maintaining strong, professional relationships with hiring managers and clients throughout the recruitment process—from initial kickoff to offer acceptance.
  3. Managing the candidate database and maintaining ongoing communication with candidates.
  4. Collaborating within a team and across the company to share best practices and specialized knowledge.
  5. Managing the entire recruitment process.
  6. Building trust with clients and candidates.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ambitious, dynamic personality with good time management skills.
