What you will do:
  1. Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each open role.
  2. Source, recruit, and manage applications to find the best talent, adapting recruiting techniques to different roles and utilizing various channels.
  3. Work closely with Talent Advisors to identify the best candidates for open positions.
  4. Conduct phone or video screening calls.
  5. Shortlist candidates.
  6. Guide the hiring community through the hiring process by sharing market data and trends.
  7. Meet regularly with hiring managers to discuss updates on the sourcing process.
  8. Engage with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience at every opportunity.
  9. Attend weekly calls with hiring managers to share sourcing updates.
What we would like you to have:
  • Professional proficiency in English and German.
  • Previous experience in internal Talent Acquisition or recruitment industry.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and inquisitive attitude.
  • Experience with ATS systems is a plus.
  • Strong and confident communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage with demanding hiring communities.
  • Organized, dynamic, curious, and good time management skills.
