We are more than just software – we are a team. And now, we are looking for you to strengthen our team as Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) in a initially 15-month fixed-term position with exciting tasks and significant scope for shaping.

Your Tasks
  1. Holistic recruitment: Independently manage the entire recruitment process – from creating appealing job postings to successful placement.
  2. Active sourcing & talent pipeline management: Proactively identify and approach talents via various channels such as social networks, job portals, and industry events.
  3. Consultation with managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  4. Candidate experience: Ensure a positive experience for our applicants – from first contact to onboarding.
  5. Employer branding: Contribute to developing and implementing measures to strengthen our employer brand, especially for roles in operations and customer service.
  6. Data analysis & reporting: Use key figures to gain insights into recruiting trends and identify optimization potential.
What You Bring
  1. A successfully completed vocational training or a degree with a focus on HR, economics, or a comparable field.
  2. Initial experience in recruiting – ideally in filling roles in operations, customer service, or related fields.
  3. Fluent German skills are mandatory.
  4. Good English skills to communicate confidently in an international environment.
  5. Proactive mindset and interest in innovative approaches to talent acquisition.
  6. Confident handling of common recruiting tools and social networks.
  7. Team spirit, initiative, and a solution-oriented working style.
