At dormakaba, our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth and success by strategically sourcing and onboarding top-tier talent. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our global team as a Talent Acquisition Partner in our site in Ennepetal.

In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and sourcing high-caliber candidates to meet both current and future business needs, fostering diversity and inclusion across all recruitment efforts. As the bridge between our global and local HRBPs and Hiring Managers, you will provide expert consultation and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

Our future colleague will work in a global, remote team with the supervisor working from another country. He / She will be invited to join a multi-cultural environment that requires intercultural awareness, while also effectively navigating the unique aspects of local recruitment practices.

A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Responsibilities

1. Own and manage the recruiting process end-to-end for various roles and collaborate with Talent Sourcing Specialists and Talent Acquisition Coordinators to get the support needed.
2. Develop, evolve and use impactful recruiting strategies to attract top talent using a variety of active or passive channels whilst building and nurturing talent pipelines.
3. Proactively partner with internal clients to maintain a deep understanding of current and future talent needs to ensure focus and efforts are in alignment with priority and business needs.
4. Ensure a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience by driving the process and the communication between all relevant stakeholders.
5. Serve as an advisor and resource to HR BPs and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and selection process.
6. Contribute to our global talent acquisition network to improve tools and processes, share best practices, and participate in related projects.
7. Ensure a successful transition to the preboarding/onboarding stage.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills

1. 5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter role.
2. Fluency in German and English.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong organization and prioritization skills with ability to be agile in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
5. Team player with ability to build relationships in a remote setup.
6. Ideally you will have experience in / with:
7. A corporate or high-volume staffing setting.
8. Industry recruiting.
9. Balancing a diverse requisition load, including a variety of Engineering and Technical roles.
10. Using a variety of talent attraction methods and tools: job boards, social media, open web sourcing, career fairs and campus recruitment, etc.
11. SuccessFactors or a similar applicant tracking system.
