Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions, from intake meetings, sourcing, and screenings to offer negotiation.
- Build and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to proactively develop talent pipelines, including competitor analysis and market mapping.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing transparent communication, personalized interactions, and timely feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, management, and cross-functional teams, to ensure a collaborative recruitment process.
- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition.
- Monitor key performance metrics and utilize data to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies.
- Act as an ambassador for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment and talent initiatives.
- Utilize social media to enhance brand visibility and attract high-caliber talent.
Qualifications: Who You Are
- Fluent in German and English.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the software industry.
- Proven success in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing talent.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust and credibility internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes.
- Agile and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment.
