Job Responsibilities
  1. Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions, from intake meetings, sourcing, and screenings to offer negotiation.
  2. Build and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to proactively develop talent pipelines, including competitor analysis and market mapping.
  3. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing transparent communication, personalized interactions, and timely feedback.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, management, and cross-functional teams, to ensure a collaborative recruitment process.
  5. Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition.
  6. Monitor key performance metrics and utilize data to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies.
  7. Act as an ambassador for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment and talent initiatives.
  8. Utilize social media to enhance brand visibility and attract high-caliber talent.
Qualifications: Who You Are
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the software industry.
  • Proven success in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing talent.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust and credibility internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes.
  • Agile and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment.
