Position: Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany

Your Mission in a Nutshell: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent to drive Humanoo's growth. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the tech sector.

  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English and German languages; any additional European languages are a plus.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Upon receiving your application, our team will thoroughly evaluate your submission. We endeavor to respond within 3-5 business days. If your application progresses positively, you will be invited to participate in our comprehensive selection process, which includes the following stages:

  • Call with the Head of People - 60 mins

  • Call with the CEO - 60 mins

  • Call with the People team members - 60 mins

After these interview stages are completed, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application. Following this debrief, our team will contact you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy.   • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.

  • Employer Branding: Enhance Humanoo's employer brand by promoting our culture and values in the talent market.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
