Zusammenfassung

TYTAN Technologies seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and operational roles across Europe. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers to define strategies, source proactively, and ensure fair, high-quality assessments while maintaining an efficient, scalable process.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, bring strong negotiation skills, and contribute to TYTAN’s mission of autonomous defense excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English and German is a must.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in an in-house environment.
• Experience owning end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, or operational roles at scale-up environments.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong experience of salary negotiations.
• Strong understanding of the defense industry.
• Highly structured, data-driven, and execution-focused working style.
• Open to take ownership and operate independently in fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in candidate management, hiring the right talents, coordinating with high volume of talents, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in an in-house environment.

• Experience of owning end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, or operational roles at scale up environmnet.

• Experience in partnering with hiring manager and influencing hiring decisions.

• Strong experience of salary negotiations, way of convincing the right talents for the organization.

• Strong understanding of, and demonstrated experience within, the defense industry.

• Highly structured, data-driven, and execution-focused working style.

• Open to take ownership and operate independently in fast-paced environment.
