About this opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for hiring strong candidates into various positions such as C++, Java, SQA, and BA. You will collaborate with managers to anticipate and meet their evolving needs and to deliver top talent across the organization. This role is part of our Talent Acquisition EMEA team within the Global Talent Acquisition organization, contributing to the company's growth and success.

In this role, you will:

  1. Attract, search, and hire talent globally across multiple sites.
  2. Implement and execute effective employer branding, sourcing, and hiring strategies.
  3. Contribute to local and regional Talent Acquisition projects.
  4. Manage the full-cycle hiring process to meet various departmental hiring goals.
  5. Work with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and candidate assessment criteria.
  6. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and third-party firms.
  7. Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure and predict Talent Acquisition activities.
  8. Follow up regularly with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a timely hiring process.

In this role, you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle hiring processes across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates from various channels.

This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
