End-to-end ownership of our recruitment processes – from job posting to contract offer
Active sourcing on LinkedIn & Co.: You identify talent proactively
Screening, communication, and coordination of interviews with candidates and teams
Independent execution of interviews with a strong focus on cultural fit
Collaboration with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and align on candidate profiles
Development and strategic maintenance of our talent pool
Administration of Personio (incl. sick notes, absences, pension entries, etc.)
Payroll preparation in collaboration with our tax advisor
Drafting contracts, certificates, and other HR-related documents
Point of contact for administrative HR questions within the team
You are the go-to person for all recruiting topics, managing the entire hiring process independently and reliably
You’ve established operational excellence in all recruiting and people ops processes – from job posting to onboarding to payroll
You’ve developed and implemented a structured active sourcing strategy to attract top talent for hard-to-fill roles
You hire emphasizing skills and cultural fit, actively embodying our company culture
3+ years of experience in recruiting or HR, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in recruiting both technical and business roles
Solid expertise in active sourcing
In-depth knowledge of Personio – you don’t just know it, you master it
Structured, proactive working style with strong attention to detail
Excellent German and strong English skills
A genuine passion for working with people and driving things forward collaboratively
