Responsibilities
- You are the talent scout for the team, ensuring we attract the best candidates. From crafting compelling job postings to conducting initial interviews and managing contract creation and onboarding, you oversee and drive our selection process.
- You take ownership of your projects in Talent Acquisition, tailoring them to your strengths and interests. This includes enhancing the candidate journey, contributing to employer branding, or scaling internal processes.
- You organize recruiting and employer branding events to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
- You act as a talent manager and sparring partner for leadership, supporting team building and development to meet current and future needs.
- Personal training budget for your growth and development.

Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, psychology, or similar.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, proactive, and professional skills.
- Excellent German and fluent English communication skills.
- Balanced personality with willingness to perform and discernment.
- Experience in HR is a plus but not required.
