Tasks
- Pre-selection and evaluation of applications based on defined selection criteria and test results
- Organization and implementation of selection days at various Airbus locations (Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Buxtehude, Stade, Bremen)
- Applicant communication and appointment coordination throughout the selection process
- Coordination of the selection committee and follow-up of selection decisions
- Development and implementation of concepts to optimize the selection process
- Participation in HR projects in the area of recruiting and talent acquisition
- Representing the company at career fairs, school visits and external events
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as the works council, inclusion officers and HR departments
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in psychology, social sciences or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in human resources, especially in recruiting
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Workday is an advantage
- Driving license class B and own car mandatory
- Business fluent in German (at least C1) and proficient in English (at least B2)
- Willingness to commute frequently (6 to 8 times a month, focus on Hamburg); mobile working 1-2 times a week possible
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills as well as organizational talent
