The Process

We’re growing fast—and we’re ready for you to start as soon as possible. That said, we’re also patient enough to wait for the right person. Quality beats speed.

  • Intro Call: A 30-45 minute screening with Luca, who is leading Talent Acquisition at HOLY. You’ll talk about HOLY, the role, your experience, and whether our expectations align.
  • Case Study & On-Site Interview: Once the first interviews go well, you’ll receive a short case study (to complete at home) and come into our Berlin HQ to discuss it. You’ll also meet our stellar P&O team and our P&O Advisor, Deb.
  • Founder Interview with Matze: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
  • Offer & Decision: If everything aligns, we’ll make you an offer and look forward to building HOLY France together.

  • The full process typically takes 2–3 weeks.

    About the Position

    As HOLY moves from a high-performing D2C brand toward a global omnichannel player, our People team sits at the core of our growth strategy. As our new Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll play a crucial role in scaling HOLY's team with the right talent as we become the world's most loved drink brand.

    You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates, while building scalable hiring infrastructure as we grow. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance quality hiring with operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Full-Cycle Recruitment Excellence
      Own end-to-end recruiting processes across functions - from initial outreach to successful close. Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline while delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. Maintain top quality standards to ensure we're bringing in not just skill matches but true culture adds.

    • Talent Acquisition Infrastructure
      Continuously optimize our ATS, develop structured interview plans, and create standardized templates for consistent evaluation.

    • Hiring Manager Support
      Collaborate closely with department leaders to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and create comprehensive interview plans.

    • Strategic Sourcing & Headhunting
      Proactively identify and engage candidates through creative channels and advanced Boolean techniques. Build talent communities for critical roles and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates. Leverage both traditional and innovative sourcing approaches to build diverse talent pipelines.

    • Employer Brand Elevation
      Contribute to creating compelling content that resonates with potential candidates and positions us as an employer of choice.

    About You

    We're looking for someone who combines recruitment expertise with a passion for building great teams:

    • You are people-focused: You have excellent interpersonal skills and can build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

    Experience & Expertise:

    • Experience in Talent Acquisition: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
    • Sourcing Excellence: You're an expert in LinkedIn and boolean search techniques to find the best candidates.
    • Structured Interviewing: You have experience conducting structured interviews with a focus on cultural fit.
    • HR Systems: You're familiar with HR systems (experience with Personio is a strong plus).
    • Technical Skills: Experience with Notion is a plus.
    • Language proficiency: Fluency in English is required; German is a plus but not mandatory.
