What will you do?

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
  2. Manage and develop the team of talent acquisition specialists.
  3. Lead the recruitment process for all levels of roles, from job opening to onboarding of new employees.
  4. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely and quality recruitment.
  5. Build a pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external agencies, schools, and recruitment platforms.
  6. Manage social media channels, career website, and recruitment marketing efforts to showcase the company culture and values.
  7. Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience through every touchpoint in the recruitment process.
  8. Continuously refine and improve interview processes and recruitment tools to streamline and enhance the candidate journey.
  9. Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in attracting talent.

This offer is for you if:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  5. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness.
  6. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with close attention to detail and accuracy and meet deadlines.
  7. Excellent ability to communicate in both oral and written in English and French.
  8. Excellent IT skills (MS Office) and proficient usage of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management software.
  9. Creative problem-solver with a passion for providing positive candidate and employee experiences.
