Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full hiring journey: From job postings and sourcing to interviews and offers — you ensure a smooth and structured candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Own strategic projects like our hiring roadmap: You drive key People initiatives — from translating growth plans into hiring priorities to aligning with leadership on future talent needs
- Grow beyond recruiting: As our first HR professional, you'll take on broader People & Culture topics like compensation, leveling, benefits, retreats, and culture-building

Requirements
Skills & experience you will need
- High impact experience in (technical) talent acquisition or a broader HR role
- Proven success in dynamic, high-growth environments; e.g. startup, consulting or other
- Exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities at once
- Fluent in both English and German
