Shiftmove's GTM (Go To Market) presence in the DACH region is rapidly growing. We are seeking experienced account executives, sales development representatives, marketers, customer success managers, and more to help us reach our goals.

We are expanding our talent acquisition team and looking for an experienced recruiter to support our GTM functions. Go-to-market recruitment is challenging, and we're looking for someone driven by that challenge. Finding, recruiting, and retaining top talent is crucial as we grow in Europe.

Requirements
  • Coach hiring managers and interviewers, source candidates, and develop effective hiring processes.
  • Create scalable solutions to meet hiring goals.
  • Use data to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines by exploring new channels, promoting referrals, and sourcing creatively.
  • Enhance candidate experience through innovative recruitment approaches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on projects like employer branding and candidate experience improvements.
