Shiftmove’s GTM (Go To Market) presence in the DACH region is rapidly growing, and we are in need of experienced account executives, sales development representatives, marketers, customer success managers, and more to help us reach our ambitious goals.
To expand, we are strengthening our talent acquisition team and are currently looking for an experienced recruiter to help us grow our GTM functions. Go-to-market recruitment is no easy task. Requirements
- You will coach hiring managers and interviewers, source future team members, and build stage-appropriate hiring processes to ensure efficient and delightful recruiting processes.
- You will build innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring and meet business objectives.
- You will use data to drive results and continuous improvements.
- You will maintain consistent traffic across our pipelines by uncovering new channels, promoting internal referrals, and developing creative sourcing strategies.
- You will raise the candidate experience by innovating and implementing thoughtful recruiting approaches.
- You will work cross-functionally, owning projects such as employer branding or candidate experience alongside your recruiting responsibilities.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 6 months, you’ll:
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Successfully fill multiple roles with improved time-to-fill and conversion rates.
- Receive positive feedback on candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Contribute to at least one TA initiative, such as interview training, employer branding, or candidate journey enhancements.

- You are empathetic and care about building genuine relationships with candidates, team members, and leaders.
- You love sourcing, hunting, and quickly finding the right candidates. Closing challenging roles makes you smile!
- You enjoy working autonomously in a collaborative environment, motivated by ownership and results.
- You have experience recruiting for start-ups and scale-ups (SaaS experience is a plus!), and know how to support building a recruiting brand.
- You are interested in the latest TA trends and innovative approaches, with knowledge of long-term strategies to enhance talent attraction and candidate experience (Employer Branding, Hiring Manager training, etc.).
