A leading company in the Ethereum ecosystem seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead. This remote role involves full-cycle recruiting, building recruiting processes and managing a small team. Candidates should have substantial experience in technical recruiting and a passion for enhancing team culture. Join them to drive impactful hiring strategies.
Who we are
The Nomic Foundation is a non-profit advancing the Ethereum ecosystem. We build open-source developer tools: runtimes, compilers, build systems, and deployment solutions that are used by tens of thousands of developers. We emphasize robust engineering and lean processes, allowing for quick decision-making and distraction-free software development. You have the opportunity to shape the future of the Ethereum ecosystem through building high-performing teams at Nomic.
About The Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who is mission-driven and deeply analytical. You’re a creative sourcer, a recruiting manager, a process builder, and someone who never loses sight of the candidate experience. Hiring at Nomic is intentional and focused on high quality, and we’re looking for a recruiting leader who values that and is excited by the challenge of finding niche talent for hard-to-fill roles. You approach challenges with relentless drive, spot details others miss, and care deeply about improving systems and experiences. You’ve built recruiting engines or helped scale them from early stages, and you know how to tell a compelling story about who we are and why we matter.
In addition to recruiting, you have an interest in People Operations: policy development, team engagement, culture-related initiatives, and employer branding. But above all, you care about people - you’re curious about how teams work, invested in understanding each person’s context, and motivated by helping others feel supported and happy at work
This is a fully-remote role, and we’re open to candidates applying within UTC+2 to UTC-4 timezones.
