Qualifikationen

Jobbeschreibung

The Talent Acquisition Graduate Program is a 21-month rotation program in Amazon’s EMEA Stores Talent Acquisition Team. In this program, you will learn all aspects of talent acquisition and recruiting with Amazon, as a Candidate Partner, Business Partner, and Full Lifecycle recruiter within the team. The Program provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and the chance to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.


Key job responsibilities

As a Candidate Partner, for 6 months you will:

  1. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  2. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  3. Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  4. Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.

As a Business Partner, for 6 months you will:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the talent acquisition team and the operations team.
  2. Facilitate regular communication, collaboration, and alignment between the two teams.
  3. Understand the strategic priorities and challenges of both teams and translate them to ensure effective coordination.
  4. Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment and operations data to identify trends, highlight successes, and uncover areas for improvement.
  5. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance metrics and inform decision-making.

As a Full Lifecycle Recruiter, for 6 months you will:

  1. Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding for assigned roles and teams, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  2. Leverage various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach, to identify and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  3. Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand position requirements, culture fit, and team dynamics, and provide strategic guidance on optimal candidate profiles and interview processes.
  4. Analyze recruiting metrics, identify trends and bottlenecks, and implement data-driven process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting function.

At the end of the program, there will be an opportunity to convert into a full-time position.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Economics or a similar field.
- Communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
- Business Fluency (C1+) in English and German, French or Italian.
- Fluency in further languages is welcome (e.g., German, French or Italian).
- Previous working experience is not required for this role.
