Pergolux GmbH is seeking a working student in Talent Acquisition to take responsibility for identifying and approaching senior leaders and to support candidates throughout the recruiting process. You will assist our executive recruiting for Germany, Poland, and global positions, building strong pipelines and ensuring a first-class candidate experience.

You will learn the value chain of sophisticated talent acquisition in an internationally growing company.

Qualifications

• Studying HR, business administration, psychology, or a related subject (bachelor’s/master’s) with 2–3 semesters left.
• Initial experience in recruiting, HR, or demanding customer contact.
• Clear, empathetic German (C1) and fluent English.
• Structured, reliable work style; manage pipelines and progress.

As a working student in Talent Acquisition, you will take on real responsibility for identifying and approaching senior leaders and support candidates throughout the entire recruiting process. You will support our executive recruiting for Germany, Poland, and global positions, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure that every candidate has a first-class experience. In doing so, you will learn the entire value chain of sophisticated talent acquisition at an internationally growing company. PERGOLUX develops and sells Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products such as pergolas and garden furniture directly to end customers. With around 300 employees, nine-figure revenue, and a presence in eight countries, we are one of the most consistently growing companies in our industry.

You research and identify senior leaders through LinkedIn, Boolean search, internal tools, and creative outreach strategies, and build strong pipelines across functions and markets. You manage the candidate journey from first contact to shortlist, coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and updates, and ensure a consistently high-quality candidate experience. You will gradually be trained to conduct initial candidate screenings and contribute to assessments in the selection process, including gaining insight into interviews and assessment frameworks. You monitor industry trends, talent movements, and competitors’ organizational structures, and use them to create strategic talent maps. You maintain up-to-date pipeline reports and share relevant insights with hiring teams to enable data-driven decisions.

You are studying HR, business administration, psychology, or a related subject (bachelor’s/master’s) and have at least 2–3 semesters of study remaining. You have initial experience in recruiting, HR, or demanding customer contact. You communicate clearly and empathetically in very good German (C1) and fluent English, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy approaching people. You work in a structured and reliable way, keep processes moving, and keep track of pipelines and progress. You are confident using sourcing platforms, ATS systems, and spreadsheets, and handle sensitive information discreetly and confidentially. Условия:

€16 per hour (gross). You will be coached by experienced executive recruiters, take real responsibility for your pipelines from the start, work in an international, collaborative team across Europe, and can grow into specialist and leadership roles as PERGOLUX grows. Start immediately. Around 20 hours per week, flexible around your lectures and exams; more hours during semester breaks by agreement. Hybrid work with attendance at the Berlin office. Up to 30 vacation days, starting at 27. One week of remote workation per year in the EU/UK. JobRad / bike-leasing program for sustainable and healthy commuting.
