Zusammenfassung

Christian Dior Couture in München sucht eine/n leidenschaftliche/n Maßschneider/in zur Übernahme aller Maßschneiderei-Aktivitäten im Store. Sie arbeiten eng mit Sales Associates zusammen, um Kunden mit Anpassungen, Passformen, Reparaturen, Styling und Beratung zu unterstützen.

Es wird Wert gelegt auf 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Maßschneiderei, hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein professionelles Auftreten gegenüber anspruchsvollen Kunden.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in Ready-to-Wear Tailoring mit komplexen Stoffen (z. B. Seide, Leder)
• Höchste Maßstäbe im Nähen/Tailoring gemäß Dior-Standards in der Boutique
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden
• Professionelles Auftreten und gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
• Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten
• Fließend Deutsch und/oder Englisch

• Sorge für perfekte Passform, Markieren, Ändern, Reparieren und Bügeln von Kleidungsstücken
• Bearbeite Kundenanpassungen präzise und zeitnah
• Berate Kunden mit fachkundiger Tailor-Beratung und Empfehlungen
• Zeige exzellentes Produkt- und Tailoring-Wissen

For our boutique in Munich we are looking for a Tailor with passion and drive. You will take ownership of all tailoring craftmanship activities inside the store and partner with Sales Associates to assist clients with alterations, fit, repairs, styling etc. based on the client’s requirement and Christian Dior standards.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper fit, marking, altering, repair, and pressing of garments
• Strive to meet/exceed client alteration requests in a precise and timely manner
• Partner with Sales Associates, offering expert tailor advisement and recommendation to clients as needed
• Demonstrating excellent product and tailoring knowledge
• Ensure that customers receive the highest standards of customer service
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store

Profil

• 3+ years of experience in ready-to-wear tailoring with complex fabrics (e.g., Silk, Leather etc.), retail experience is a plus
• Maintaining the highest standards of seamstressing and tailoring in line with Christian Dior standards within the boutique
• Excellent communication skills and experience of communicating with prestigious clients
• Professional presentation as well as excellent interpersonal skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• Fluent in German and/or English
