Your Job

What You Will Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations within an agile, collaborative team environment.
• Partner with business units to understand their needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions that support data-driven decisions.
• Lead requirements gathering, refine specifications, and gather feedback through usability testing and user research to enhance dashboards.
• Work with structured data from various sources to produce high-quality analytical content.
• Ensure dashboard performance through proactive optimization and troubleshooting.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to deliver value iteratively.
• Contribute to best practices in development processes to improve scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
• Collaborate across borders and communicate effectively in English with diverse teams.

Your Profile

What You Should Have:

• A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
• Experience in business intelligence, requirements engineering, dashboard creation, and analytics projects.
• Proficiency in Tableau products.
• Excellent SQL skills and a solid understanding of data modeling for analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable, user-friendly visualizations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on problem-solving mentality.
• An analytical and structured approach to work.
• Passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
