T Hub - Digital Product Manager (Learning and Communication)

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager - Learning & Communication to drive the reach, adoption, engagement, and impact of our corporate learning products. This is not a traditional L&D role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a product manager, focusing on user experience, data-driven decision-making, and digital engagement strategies. You will work at the intersection of learning, communication, and user engagement, ensuring employees discover, use, and benefit from our learning ecosystem through compelling communication and strategic product engagement.

Your success will be measured by engagement metrics, user retention, and business impact—not just content completion rates.

  • Drive Engagement & Adoption: Design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that leverages various channels (including newsletters, internal platforms, and social tools) to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI of learning products.
  • Own and Manage Communication Strategy & Channels: Develop and oversee the communication strategy and communication channels, utilizing all possible ways to increase reach and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Own and manage the "We Learn" communication, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and user-relevant content. Write, edit, and curate learning-related communications, adapting messaging to different target audiences.
  • Product Thinking: Treat our learning portfolio as a digital product, applying A/B testing, data insights, and personalization to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Define and track key metrics (e.g., click-through rates, active users, conversion rates), analyze engagement data, and run experiments to continuously improve communications and learning product effectiveness.
  • Technology & Automation: Work with IT and learning tech vendors to optimize communication tools, automate campaigns, and improve platform integration to drive seamless learning adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and internal communications teams to align learning experiences with business needs and ensure a cohesive user journey.
  • User-Centric Approach: Conduct research (surveys, interviews, heatmaps, usage trends) to understand friction points and improve platform usability and communication effectiveness.
  • A completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in learning & development, corporate communication, digital marketing, or product management.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills with a proven ability to craft engaging, user-centric messaging across different channels.
  • Data & Analytics Mindset: Comfortable with engagement metrics, analytics dashboards, A/B testing, and behavioral data.
  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Familiar with digital tools, automation, integrations, APIs, and learning technologies, including negotiation (with social partners and data privacy considerations).
  • User Experience & Growth Focused: Experience in customer engagement, design thinking, or digital marketing to drive adoption.
  • Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading strategic projects in international teams with excellent stakeholder management, assertiveness, and storytelling skills—up to top management level.
  • Fluency in English at the highest level.
  • Flexibility for business travels.
