Responsibilities

• You will lead, guide and manage a team of Systems Engineers and foster a high performing culture of collaboration.
• Assign and monitor tasks and projects to team members to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely completion of projects and goals.
• You will conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to encourage professional development within the team.
• Active participation in IT projects and in daily business to ensure operations and technical further development.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability and security while adhering to best practices and industry standards for our solutions.
• Provision and delivering of relevant and required KPIs for our solutions and infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other departments to align IT infrastructure and operations with business objectives and ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Working with our IT security and compliance team to improve and maintain the company\'s ISO 27001 certification and BSI C5.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in defining project requirements and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Well-founded qualification as an IT specialist (System integration) or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in leading small teams is preferred.
• More than 3-5 years of practical experience in IT systems engineer role, preferably in a technical role of client-oriented platforms.
• You combine your problem-solving skills with strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
• Experience in operating Co-locations solutions.
• Building and operating cloud infrastructures and applications on Azure are welcome.
• You have a good knowledge of German and English.
