a degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Systems Engineering, or a comparable field, ideally with a PhD strong knowledge of technical error budgeting and systems engineering approach for semiconductor industry including integrated circuit design for camera sensors experience in defining and specifying sub‑systems, modules and functional architectures in multidisciplinary context, working in cross‑functional teams of complex projects track record knowledge of modeling complex systems (via MATLAB or similar tools) strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to several heterogenous stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams very good English and German language skills
