We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in photonics and semiconductor physics to develop and architect innovative equipment solutions that support photonic integration in semiconductor manufacturing. You will lead research initiatives, collaborate with industry partners, and guide a team of experts to advance our technology and strategic vision.

Responsibilities
  1. Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and emerging photonic technologies used in integrated circuits.
  2. Develop innovative equipment concepts for photonic integration in semiconductor manufacturing.
  3. Lead pre-development projects in optical I/O, optics co-packaging, and waveguides.
  4. Collaborate with industry, research institutions, and internal teams to stay at the forefront of photonics advancements.
  5. Provide technical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
