Our work depends on a Senior Systems Engineer to provide packaging & distribution support, including deployment, monitoring, and reporting of retail applications across channels such as: Full Window Service (FWS), Military (MIL), Self-Service Kiosks (SSK), Business Partners (BP), Mobile Retail Devices (MRD), and Self-Service Terminals (SST).

HOW A SYSTEMS ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Deployment of driver, firmware, and configuration updates for RSS terminals
• Testing and deployment of security updates using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)
• Testing and deployment of antivirus updates (Symantec/Microsoft Windows Defender)
• Testing and deployment of monthly payload package updates
• Performing lab testing of packages
• Implementing ServiceNow Incident & Change Management
• Providing key performance metrics upon request

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years of related professional experience

Required Technical Skills:

• Developing and testing scripts for hot fixes, security, and configuration updates
• Reviewing script execution logs
• Maintaining terminal provisioning processes
• Creating and reviewing ServiceNow Change Requests
• Monitoring deployment of scripts
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Escher Riposte, .NET, PowerShell, WSUS, SCCM/MECM, XML, REST APIs

Location:

• REMOTE or hybrid (1 remote, 4 onsite)
• May require off-hours/weekend support

Security Clearance Level:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and pass a government background check
• U.S. residency requirement: Resided in the U.S. (including Territories) for the last 5 years; specific conditions apply for U.S. and non-U.S. citizens

Salary range: $82,283 - $111,323, based on experience and location.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
