  1. review and refine requirements at the system and subsystem level
  2. write requirements for aircraft software
  3. develop implementation concepts for sensor functions and stores
  4. create functional prototypes of advanced algorithms in the area of air-to-surface weapons
  5. support system hazard assessments
  6. prepare and generate a LRI Processing Specification (LPS)
  7. optimize design with regard to operational requirements
  8. contribute to the definition of cross-platform sensor management
  9. travel to customer and partner companies to discuss concepts and requirements
Be our forward thinker

YOU...

  1. hold a degree in engineering or aerospace
  2. bring solid experience in the engineering or aerospace field
  3. understand workflows in military environments and are familiar with system and software development in aircraft
  4. understand the certification processes for airborne systems and ideally know system/software engineering standards like ARP 4754A, INCOSE, DO-178C
  5. ideally have good knowledge of tools and processes such as DOORS and Statemate
  6. ideally have strong knowledge of air-to-surface weapon functions, including simulation, and bring knowledge of the Eurofighter weapon system
  7. ideally have experience in requirements management or requirements-based engineering (RBE) and analysis, and have knowledge of the Eurofighter Avionics System
  8. have excellent English skills – German skills are a plus
