Jobtailor in Berlin is seeking an IT support specialist to serve as the central contact for IT, systems, and access. You will help develop internal infrastructure and manage daily support requests, Mac setup, and Linux issue analysis.

You will also handle DNS/VPN/user access questions, administer Google Workspace, manage endpoints with Jamf Pro, and contribute to endpoint security improvements. Proficiency in German (≥B2) and good English are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Initial professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, workplace management or system administration.
• Good knowledge of macOS and experience in the structured analysis of common hardware and software issues
• Basic to strong Linux skills
• Solid understanding of networking and system architectures (DNS, VPN, IP addressing, user access)
• First practical experience with VPS servers and their maintenance
• Interest in or experience with Google Workspace administration, endpoint management and IT security
• Initial experience with AI systems and developing automations/workflows
• German language skills at least B2 level and good English for international collaboration
