Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Several years of experience in system testing and validation of complex technical systems.
• Experience with qualification testing (EMC, environmental, reliability, or mechanical testing).
• Experience coordinating with external test laboratories and certification bodies.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in technical coordination or team leadership is an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and certification processes.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.

As aSystem Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing system qualification and validation testing. Working closely with external test laboratories and service providers, you will help ensure that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
You will play an active role in shaping and further developing our testing capabilities while having the opportunity to grow into the role of Discipline Lead Testing, taking on technical leadership of the local testing team.

Your Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute system qualification and validation testing

Coordinate external test laboratories and service providers for EMC, environmental, reliability, and mechanical testing

Develop test strategies, validation concepts, and system-level acceptance criteria

Support system integration, including the analysis, documentation, and evaluation of test results

Your Profile
