Job Description: Systems Solutions Engineer at N26
The RegTech Segment at N26 creates a secure, compliant-by-design environment where seamless access to essential IT assets empowers individuals and teams to innovate and achieve their highest impact with confidence and minimal risk.
The System Solutions team is responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining the inventory of 3rd party SaaS applications at N26. As a Systems Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with our Security teams, Product, Tech teams, and other departments. Seamless cooperation between these teams is essential and supported at all levels.
- Own the technical lifecycle of the 3rd party SaaS applications inventory at N26.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software in a thriving environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and propose findings during our GSDD.
- Collaborate within your cross-functional team to uphold high technology standards across the product.
- Ensure all applications and services comply with N26 security standards.
- Build tooling to optimize and measure the performance of integrations continuously.
- Create technical documentation, develop support processes, and provide training and support hand-offs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose availability and performance issues.
- Foster a collaborative environment with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and develop internal process automation.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Authentication and Authorization protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth.
- Experience working with the ServiceNow Platform is required.
- Understanding of protocols like REST/SOAP, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with modern cloud architectures, preferably AWS.
- Coordinate technology decisions with architectural requirements and constraints.
- Proficiency in writing code that interacts with APIs (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Terraform, Spotinst, Datadog, OpenSearch.
- Proven knowledge of Linux Operating Systems.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
