Summary
We are looking for a "System Engineer / Technical Project Manager TPM (f/m/d)" for the "GBAD Solutions Engineering" department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

1. Responsibility for development work packages in terms of time, cost and quality
2. Coordination of multidisciplinary development teams
3. Responsibility for and implementation of the development process
4. Close cooperation with the product development program area and the specialist disciplines
5. Definition of technical system requirements, system architecture, interface documents, system analyses and system safety
6. Definition of requirements, performance data for the subsystems and creation of specifications for the subsystems
7. Supporting the coordination of all system development activities in relation to system safety
8. Supporting the acquisition by estimating costs and preparing offers

Your Profile

1. Completed studies in the field of engineering, electrical engineering, IT, aerospace or comparable
2. Several years of professional experience in this field, ideally also experience in the field of system safety
3. Experience in the development of radar systems
4. Experience in the technical management of teams
5. Experience with safety standards e.g. MIL-STD-882, BAAINBw manual for verification of system safety
6. Experience in functional hazard analysis (FHA)
7. Knowledge of DOORS, MATLAB, MBSE, Jira, Confluence
8. Basic knowledge of EU product conformity
9. Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and resilience as well as a confident demeanor
10. Business fluent German and very good English skills
