Responsibilities
  • Independently manage sub-projects for the electromechanical equipment of hydropower plants both domestically and internationally
  • Coordinate and optimize projects in collaboration with our customers, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Lead the local project team
  • Ensure timely and technically accurate execution of projects within our cost targets
  • Handle material planning for projects, including scheduling, production support, and quality assurance
Qualifications
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Professional experience in design and/or project management is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent English skills required; very good Spanish or French skills are a plus
  • Independent working style, commitment, and team spirit
  • Willingness to travel
