Your role

Our high-tech measurement systems for semiconductor lithography demand exceptional measurement performance and automated image evaluation. Your role involves developing robust and efficient algorithms for processing large data sets with cutting-edge techniques, bringing these solutions into our products.

You will develop highly accurate algorithms for image processing of scanning electron microscopes (SEM) within an interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities include conceptual design, analysis, implementation, performance evaluation, and product development. Working in an agile environment, you will transform ideas and data into digital products.

Your innovative mindset helps you stay abreast of the latest technical developments and publications. You will expand your network within the company and with research partners, fostering an environment of excellence.

Your profile
  • Excellent knowledge of classical image processing (filtering, segmentation, fitting, registration) and machine learning
  • Several years of experience developing mathematically sophisticated algorithms for image recognition and signal processing in SEM environments
  • Successfully completed studies in physics, computer science, engineering, or applied mathematics
  • Extensive practical programming experience with Python, Matlab, C++, C#, Visual Studio, UML, NUnit, MSTest
  • Passion for solving complex problems independently and collaboratively
