Your role

Our high-tech measurement systems for semiconductor lithography demand exceptional measurement performance and automated image evaluation. Your role involves developing robust and efficient algorithms for processing large data sets with cutting-edge techniques, bringing these solutions into our products.

You will develop highly accurate algorithms for image processing of scanning electron microscopes (SEM) within an interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities include conceptual design, analysis, implementation, performance evaluation, and product development. Your profile

• Excellent knowledge of classical image processing (filtering, segmentation, fitting, registration) and machine learning

• Successfully completed studies in physics, computer science, engineering, or applied mathematics
• Extensive practical programming experience with Python, Matlab, C++, C#, Visual Studio, UML, NUnit, MSTest
