YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account management - You support Microsoft 365 and take care of onboarding/offboarding and account management
• Installation & maintenance - you install, configure and maintain hardware and software for our team
• User administration - you set up and maintain user accounts and workstations
• IT support - You fix IT problems and support your team in a pragmatic, solution-oriented and friendly manner
• Security monitoring - You monitor our security-relevant infrastructure (e.g. Sophos firewalls and endpoint protection)
• Threat analysis - You analyze potential security threats, assess risks and develop suitable protective measures
• Strategy & further development - you actively shape our IT strategy and contribute new ideas

YOUR PROFILE

• Training & studies - You have completed an IT apprenticeship or a degree in computer science
• Professional experience - You have relevant experience in system administration
• System know-how - You are very familiar with Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and common system administration
• Security expertise - you have in-depth knowledge in the areas of cyber security & compliance
• Technology skills - ideally you have experience with Sophos hardware
• Work style & service mentality - you work independently, think in terms of solutions and have a strong service mentality
• Language skills - you have a very good command of German and English
