Responsibilities

• Installation of hardware and software, updating and maintenance of server and client systems
• Administration, maintenance and technical support of the Microsoft-based system landscape
• Responsibility for and ensuring the smooth running of IT-based operations
• 1st level support for users on site
• Support and maintenance of the ERP system as well as the connected systems and interfaces
• Conception of IT security and continuous further development of the IT landscape
• Support for the telephone system and all telecommunications devices

Your profile

• Training in the IT sector or comparable training or studies with several years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge in the areas of Windows Server / Exchange / Office, incl. macro creation / Windows client management
• Experience in database administration (MySQL, MS SQL Server) and in the area of data warehousing
• Written and spoken German language skills
• A solution-oriented approach to work and a service mindset
• A high sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
