Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the operation of critical applications and application systems
• Identification, analysis and resolution of product-related faults and problems
• Participation in the transfer of development results into operation, standards used are Windows Server 2016 / 19 / 22, SQL Server 2016 / 19 / 22, Windows client systems, SOAP / REST, PowerShell and administrative Microsoft tools
• Collaboration with external interfaces in the area of 3rd level support
• Implementation of IT tests and participation in technical tests
• Creation, coordination and maintenance of operationally relevant documentation
• Participation in various projects for the continuous optimization of operational IT business
• Supporting and advising users

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical studies, equivalent training, e.g. as an IT specialist in system integration, or a comparable qualification
• Extensive expertise in the administration, operation and monitoring of Windows servers and MS SQL databases
• Ideally experience with batch and script languages, e.g. PowerShell
• Experience in ITIL or IT service management
• Written and spoken German language skills
• Strong communication skills, service and solution-oriented personality
• Enjoyment of complex tasks, high resilience and organizational talent
• Quick comprehension as well as independent and structured way of working
