Your responsibilities:

• Maintenance, replacement and new installation of hardware and software
• Error analysis and troubleshooting
• Maintenance and updating of all databases
• Planning and documentation of releases and configuration changes
• Carrying out updates and backups

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector, e.g. IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician or Bachelor of Science degree in business informatics or systems engineering, alternatively a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in user support and system administration
• Good knowledge of the MS Windows server and operating system environment
• Written and spoken German language skills
