• You design and develop our IT infrastructure - from networks and local systems to the cloud (AWS, O365), working closely with your team and external partners
• You efficiently set up new systems and keep an eye on existing ones, including our servers, AWS services and workspaces in the cloud and on-prem
• You translate the technical requirements of our specialist departments and IT managers into future-proof infrastructure concepts
• With a clear eye for security, you ensure that our network infrastructure functions reliably
• You process service and change requests via our central ticket system
• You rethink our IT processes, develop them further and record them in comprehensible technical instructions
• You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or digital networking, an IT degree or a similar qualification
• You have in-depth experience in IT infrastructure support and are very familiar with technical support You are confident working with Azure, AWS and HPE ClearPath/Central and have practical experience in networks (e.g. switches, routing, TCP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
• You are familiar with virtualization solutions such as VMWare ESX, Hyper-V or Proxmox
• Network monitoring is routine for you, ideally based on ElastiFlow
• You always keep IT security in mind. Experience with WatchGuard systems? Ideal but not a must!
• You can communicate your know-how well in English and also explain it to employees who do not come from IT
• You like to analyze problems in detail, find pragmatic solutions and take the initiative to solve things
