About the role:
  • You’ll be part of the IT Helpdesk team in Berlin, providing local and remote support to employees in Berlin, Poland, and remotely.
  • You’ll follow and implement processes and workflows to improve efficiency, with proper documentation.
  • You ensure that infrastructure is functioning properly and proactively fix issues where necessary.
  • You ensure system availability, security, and compliance of internal networks, collaborating with sys admins on monitoring hosted systems.
  • You’ll support users via ticketing system, remote connection, onsite visits, or at our IT Kiosk, supporting levels 1 to 3.
  • You will manage on/offboarding for software and hardware.
  • You’ll work with tools like Addigy (MDM), Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Snipe-IT, 1Password, Slack, Atlassian, and more in an Apple environment.
