As a Sustainability Specialist, you will be the regional expert in specific sustainability areas, leading and contributing to regional and global projects to advance our sustainability agenda. Your responsibilities include understanding local market conditions and executing IKEA's sustainability strategies, supporting the business by implementing and verifying requirements outlined in IWAY, our code of conduct. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure sustainability is integrated into their development, providing onboarding, training, and support on sustainability topics, including IWAY.
