In a fast-developing environment, we are looking for a new member of our regional controllership team to drive key topics: implementing internal controls in sustainability reporting and supporting finance transformation projects with Mars Global Services Finance. The role reports to the MW Regional Financial Controller.

The EU Taxonomy and CSRD are evolving, creating new challenges and opportunities. As part of our Governance and Controlling team, you'll shape the future of reporting, ensuring data traceability, auditability, and building a sustainable structure for EU Taxonomy and CSRD. What are we looking for?

• Background in Controllership and/or Governance
• Experience with transformation initiatives, internal controls development, and knowledge of CSRD and Double Materiality
• Ability to manage complex projects and build stakeholder relationships
• Result-oriented with a hands-on approach and agility
• Strong communication skills
• Degree-qualified with relevant experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead internal controls in sustainability reporting, starting with 95 controls for GHG calculation and expanding to other areas
• Develop and implement internal processes and governance for non-financial reporting, including CSRD data integration
• Engage stakeholders to coordinate CSRD-related activities
• Support ESG data collection, validation, and reporting processes
• Train and communicate sustainability controls across the organization
• Drive controllership transformation initiatives to improve efficiency
• Contribute to digital and transition agendas within MGSF
• Assist regional teams in establishing financial processes during transformations
• Support global and regional programs in quality, controls, and sustainability
