Your Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for agile IT project management within an international sustainability program.
• Manage budget, timelines, and resources within an agile product team.
• Identify and clarify the relationship between operational business and IT to find suitable solutions.
• Analyze and evaluate technical solutions.
• Define, specify, and align requirements in collaboration with international experts and stakeholders at the intersection of business and IT.
• Support making ALDI SÜD more sustainable every day.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in project management and IT projects, preferably with a focus on implementing tools for supplier assessment based on sustainability criteria.
• Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Flexibility and openness to change, with a passion for developing concepts and ideas.
• Good understanding of IT processes.
• High degree of initiative and structured, methodical approach.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%).
• Experience in the retail sector.
• Enjoyment of international collaboration and taking initiative.
