We are looking for a Sustainability Manager to join our team. At B. Braun, we protect and improve health worldwide. Responsibilities:

• Establish and operate sustainability and environmental management systems within the LIFE and LIFE N plant network.
• Advance energy management and monitoring processes.
• Serve as the contact for energy, environmental, and sustainability topics.
• Ensure sustainable production and disposal of products.
• Advise and report to leadership and plant management on sustainability issues.
• Develop and implement sustainability projects to meet company goals and legal requirements, and improve economic efficiency.
• Identify improvement potentials and optimize resource use.
• Manage internal and external energy and environmental audits.
• Prepare and facilitate energy and environmental management reviews.
• Coordinate with global EH&S, Sustainability Office CoE Pharma, and Braun Facility Service.

Qualifications:

• Degree in energy and environmental management, building technology, climate technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, a certified technician with extensive experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring sustainability strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic SAP knowledge, and web applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
